1. Mon., Nov. 6, 2 017-Police officer shot to death in Abbotsford, British Columbia.
2. Chief Bob Rich of the Abbotsford Police Department said the officer who died was a hero who was protecting the community.
3. Between 1961 and 2009, 133 police officers were murdered in the line of duty–including eight doubles, one triple, and one quadruple-slaying. Most of these deaths (65%) occurred in the first half of this time period, between 1961 and 1984.
OF COURSE, BEFORE THIS GUY FIRES VERY N=MANY ROUNDS, HE WILL HAVE A FRACTURED WRIST; THAT IS A MUCH DIFFERENT MATTER.
